2. Warranty Period
2.1 Online Purchases:

Sofas and Couches: 5-year limited warranty on frame and structure; 2-year warranty on upholstery.

Chairs and Recliners: 5-year limited warranty on frame and structure; 1-year warranty on electric components.

Tables and Storage Furniture: 3-year limited warranty on structure; 1-year warranty on finishing.
2.2 Physical Store Purchases:

Same as online purchases, with the addition of free in-store consultation for any issues within the first 30 days of purchase.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
3.1 Online Purchases:

3.2 Physical Store Purchases:

4. Warranty Process
