Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, in compliance with Egyptian consumer protection laws, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your furniture item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item must not have been assembled or installed.

  • The original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We urge you to inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

For furniture items that require assembly, please check all parts before assembling. If any parts are missing or defective, contact us before proceeding with assembly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain furniture items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture.

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used.

  • Mattresses, pillows, and upholstered furniture that have been unwrapped.

  • Items that are damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange a furniture item, you must first complete the return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
