1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery across all major cities and governorates in Egypt, including:

  • Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, New Cairo, 6th of October)

  • Alexandria

  • Delta & Canal Cities

  • Upper Egypt

  • North Coast & Red Sea Areas (based on availability)

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Greater Cairo: 3–5 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 5–10 business days

  • Other Governorates: Up to 14 business days

  • Custom-made orders: 3–6 weeks depending on item and availability

Our team will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date and time once your order is processed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Orders include a delivery fee, based on:

    • Distance

    • Size and weight of the order

    • Building access (e.g., no elevator)

Our support team will inform you of any applicable fees before confirming your order.

4. Assembly Service

  • All furniture is delivered with free on-site assembly by our trained technicians.

  • Assembly is usually completed during delivery unless otherwise noted.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is made to ground floor or elevator-accessible floors.

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring manual handling up stairs.

  • Please ensure the delivery path is accessible and the area is prepared for furniture setup.

6. Missed Delivery Policy

  • If you're unavailable at the confirmed delivery time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • We’ll always coordinate with you ahead of time to avoid any delays.

7. Returns & Damages
