6. Missed Delivery Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, in compliance with Egyptian consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your furniture item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
The item must not have been assembled or installed.
The original packaging must be intact.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
